Your Qualifications and Skills

Essential:

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent education, including formal training programs.
  • Experience with configurable standard software environments, ideally IFS Field Service Management software.
  • Experience in software project implementation and support.
  • Knowledge of GUI and UX Design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English (C1 level) and good German (B1 level).
  • Willingness to travel internationally (~60 days/year).
  • Class B driving license.

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for and support of the field service and asset management software CCUBE.
  • Collaboration with international project teams and departments within a global matrix organization.
  • Acting as contact person and providing 1st & 2nd level support for the REMA TIP TOP network.
  • Gathering and processing feedback for software optimization and development.
  • Creating bug reports and developing solutions independently.
  • Configuring and customizing the system according to user needs.
  • Analyzing and implementing system interfaces.
  • Conducting user trainings and workshops, including on-site customer introductions.
  • Coordinating with external IT service providers for system conception and implementation.
