For our rail logistics division in Hamburg, we are seeking a Disponent (d/w/m) Schienenlogistik – fixed-term for one year effective immediately.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for capturing, confirming, and processing transport orders.
• Ensure smooth execution of national and international transports.
• Initiate measures for troubleshooting and error management.
• Maintain active, competent communication with our customers and suppliers.
• Manage master data and document creation for transports.

Profile

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in logistics.
• Work style characterized by independence, organization, and diligence.
• Service-oriented, customer-focused, and service-minded.
• Enjoy working in a team and see yourself as a team player (d/w/m).
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written German.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
