Responsibility

As Business Development Manager BeNeLux (m/f/d), you will contribute to the digital and smart logistics of tomorrow. Specifically, you will be responsible for the further development of sales and market expansion for our voice solutions in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Tasks

  • Develop market entry strategies as well as country and customer-specific sales strategies in line with our sales and growth targets.
  • Prepare market analyses to identify customer needs, market conditions, and activities.
  • Observe and analyze competitive activities.
  • Identify and acquire business partners for sales and project implementation.
  • Maintain relationships with existing key customers and partners through sustained support.
  • Manage partner sales activities from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Support marketing activities and participate in professional conferences, trade fairs, and other events.

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) informatics, logistics, or supply chain management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager.
  • Experience in logistics and affinity for IT systems.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Competitive, sociable, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Very good command of English; additional foreign language skills, especially from the Benelux region, are advantageous.
