We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to strengthen our digital presence.
Your Mission: Elevate Performance Marketing
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns across the entire marketing funnel. You will develop lead-nurturing workflows, manage budgets efficiently, and continuously improve our digital initiatives. Collaborating closely with content, product marketing, and sales teams, you will help sustain and grow our marketing and sales pipeline.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and email marketing.
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns from awareness to conversion.
- Design and implement automated lead-nurturing workflows to support sales.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance, including A/B testing and budget allocation.
- Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and tracking mechanisms.
- Monitor key KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies or freelancers.
- Prepare performance reports and derive actionable insights.
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
- Proven success in performance marketing and lead/demand generation.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and attribution models.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
- Independent, structured work style with a hands-on approach.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in German and English.
