Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously improve an attractive, innovative, and competitive Total Rewards strategy
  • Conduct market analyses and adapt local compensation systems to future needs in the DACH region
  • Ensure competitiveness to reduce turnover and develop incentive systems
  • Create salary bands, job grades, and progression schemes; perform job evaluations for internal fairness
  • Manage international expatriate programs
  • Oversee target agreement processes and develop company-wide KPIs in coordination with finance
  • Negotiate with employee representatives and works council

Qualifications

  • Degree in economics, HR, or a comparable qualification
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing modern, market-oriented compensation systems
  • Experience with benchmarking and market analysis for competitive salaries and benefits
  • Expertise in benefits management, including supplementary health and retirement plans
  • Confidence in presentations to top management and team collaboration
  • Strategic mindset with strong numerical and data skills
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Fluent in German and excellent English skills
