Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution phases of projects and programs until successful completion
  • Focus on our e-commerce platform and contribute to the development of the entire application landscape and IT infrastructure
  • Monitor and communicate project progress, including deadlines, budgets, quality, risks, and changes
  • Identify delays and cost drivers, and develop alternative solutions
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and external service providers
  • Enhance professional project management within IT and business teams

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience managing multiple projects with multidisciplinary teams, e.g., as an IT consultant or management consultant
  • Strong knowledge of traditional project management and initial exposure to agile methodologies
  • Proficiency with project management tools (preferably JIRA Agile or Confluence)
  • Experience in lateral leadership or matrix organization leadership
  • Proactive, decisive, assertive, and change-driven mindset
  • Solution-oriented and detail-focused working style
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English for active communication
