Fujifilm Healthcare Deutschland is looking for a Financial Controller to join the team based in Ratingen.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Financial:
- Coordination, execution and reporting of periodical closing (monthly, quarterly, annual) and provide actionable recommendations and analyses on business development.
- Manage planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and estimation.
- Establish and refine reporting structures for accurate and timely financial insights.
- Process and Audit:
- Planning, coordination, execution of internal audit programs (internal control systems) and continuous process improvements.
- Participate in discussions on non-routine Transactions/Issues (e.g. new business, new processes etc.).
- Projects:
- Optimize business processes to improve efficiency and financial transparency.
- Lead and implement financial projects and initiatives.
Education and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Controlling or similar.
- Professional experience in financial controlling or accounting.
- Very good knowledge of common controlling methods and accounting rules and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Very good understanding of numbers as well as an eye for the essentials = entrepreneurial thinking.
- Extensive SAP (R/3) knowledge, IBM TM1/ Planning Analytics and PowerBI are a plus.
- Open, team-oriented attitude, strong communication skills.
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Business fluent in both German and English language skills, both spoken and written are mandatory.
