Job Description: Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer (m/w/*) at our Wuppertal location, you will be responsible for all quality-related tasks in the Liqui-Cel area. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Support and lead projects related to quality topics (e.g., Dual Sourcing raw materials, qualification of new products, etc.)
  2. Conduct risk analyses, material review boards, and activities in the Change Management Process (CMP) at the location
  3. Handle complaints including support in root cause analysis, implementation and monitoring of sustainable corrective actions, and direct customer support
  4. Create and revise quality-related documents (Product Inspection Plans, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, etc.)
  5. Support the preparation and execution of external and internal audits

Minimum Qualifications

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  1. Degree in engineering or natural sciences
  2. Preferably several years of professional experience in production/quality
  3. High degree of independence and ability to work with employees from various functional areas
  4. Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  5. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

The following additional skills are advantageous:

  1. Initial experience in project management
  2. Knowledge of DIN ISO 9001 and DIN ISO 13485

Location: Hybrid (This position allows for some remote work but requires presence at the Wuppertal site at least 3-4 days per week).
