Junior Accountant (m/w/d) - fluent German speaking

As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely flow of work documentation and invoicing, both from subcontractors and to customers, while supporting project controlling and financial processes.

Main activities and tasks:

• Secure the weekly flow of work documentation and invoicing to customers
• Check regular work documentation (Aufmaße) and ensure the flow of documentation and invoicing from subcontractors
• Provide necessary input into customer tools in line with invoicing processes
• Offer feedback to construction managers to improve invoicing procedures
• Provide input to project controlling and financial controlling regarding work progress
• Create and update sales orders and purchase orders in SAP
• Support invoice clarification processes with the finance department, customers, and suppliers

Required Education & Trainings:

• Experience in commercial processes, ideally in the construction business
• Knowledge in SAP
• Technical education or project experience is a plus

Required Experience:

• Customer order processing and material management
• Logistics control
• SAP master data and transaction processing

Specific skills & technical knowledge:

• Knowledge of the fiber or construction business is a plus
• Good understanding of German and English
• Solution-oriented with the ability to understand complex processes and supporting tools for documentation
