There’s a place in the world where precision and hospitality meet. Not in the lobby of a five-star hotel, but inside a quiet stream of logic you wrote. A line of Delphi code that justworks, gracefully, invisibly, powerfully.
We’re hiring on behalf of a client whose software is the unsung hero of the hotel industry. Their systems don’t just support operations, theydefinethem. Globally.
They’re not looking for just another developer.
They’re searching for a craftsman. A systems thinker. A quiet disruptor. Someone who sees the hidden poetry in structured code, and the immense satisfaction in knowing that their work isused, relied upon, andrespected.
This is not a job where you’re buried in a backlog of bugs or chained to legacy logic without purpose.
This is where you become thecustodian of the Delphi Brain, the beating heart of the Point of Sale software used in hotels worldwide.
You’ll build, extend, and nurture this core system. You’ll own it like an architect owns their blueprint.
You’ll work in sync with a focused team in Germany and collaborate across borders with nearshore developers in India.
You’ll be respected, not monitored. Trusted, not micromanaged. And when the roadmap pivots, you’ll help draw the map.
Bonus points if you’ve danced with C# or kept up with modern development processes — but even without that, your core strength lies in building robust software that stands the test of time.
You’ll workhybrid(two days from home) orfully remoteif you’re the kind of profile who earns that trust quickly.
You’ll be surrounded by humans, not hierarchy.
You’ll be offered a salary that is neither flashy nor frugal, butfair, confident and clear in its appreciation of what you bring.
You’ll have28 days of leave, rising to 30 with time.
You’ll join not just a company, but ateam that acts like one, humble, intelligent, and quietly ambitious.
Not every role is built to challenge. Not every company is built to last.
But this one is.
And if you’ve been waiting for the kind of work that demands thought, rewards initiative, and respects the silence between brilliant ideas, then send your CV to:
