What awaits you

• Customer support & consulting: Main contact person for customers, interface between company and customer
• Technical application consulting: Supporting customers with technical issues
• Calculation & quotation preparation: Preparation of cost calculations and calculations for quotations
• Contract negotiations: Conducting quotation and contract negotiations
• Project coordination: managing and monitoring projects across all phases
• New customer acquisition: Identifying and acquiring new customers
• CRM maintenance: managing and maintaining the CRM system for documenting customer contacts and projects

What you should bring

• Technical business economist / technician with commercial understanding
• Knowledge of rubber / plastic materials
• Professional experience in the field of FLUID applications - especially hydraulics
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel
