We are seeking an engagement/project manager with experience in implementing or operating the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Engagement Manager, you will lead a delivery team to ensure successful customer outcomes, utilizing your leadership skills and the Now Create methodology.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading the delivery team and setting the vision for engagements.
  2. Collaborating with sales, partners, and customers to understand their needs and challenges.
  3. Applying the Now Create methodology to promote successful delivery and long-term customer success.
  4. Being the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
  5. Establishing program governance to manage requirements, scope, schedule, and budget.
  6. Proactively managing risks and resolving issues.
  7. Mentoring team members to achieve engagement goals.
  8. Identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
  9. Supporting sales during project implementation discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI integration into workflows and decision-making.
  • Implementation or operation experience with ServiceNow and relevant certifications.
  • 8+ years of experience in professional services or similar roles.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMI).
  • Agile/Scrum experience and certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to lead projects independently.
  • Strong understanding of technology and problem-solving skills.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
