In Summer 2025, Campus Founders will open its new building called GRAVITY, featuring co-working and co-creation areas, a media studio, community and event spaces.

As a Customer Service Manager at Campus Founders Ventures, your role will involve coordinating services and activities for members and creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that fosters interaction and collaboration.

Your fields of action at a glance:

  • Developing offers and implementing them as part of a scalable residency program.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for residents, acting as their host to create an optimal working environment.
  • Tracking and evaluating how residents utilize services and participating in activities you organize.
  • Becoming an expert on residents' needs, providing tailored advice, and developing customized service offerings.
  • Focusing on residents to maintain existing partnerships and develop new ones into long-term collaborations.
  • Supporting residents from onboarding to offboarding through digital tools and personal interactions within our space.
  • Assisting in defining workflows and UX/UI requirements for digital applications to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Maintaining and updating user accounts in our CRM and management systems, managing deal flow, contracts, and invoices.

You are a good fit if you have:

  • Completed training or a degree in hospitality, business administration, or relevant experience in membership management, partnerships, or partner success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members and handle concerns professionally.
  • An innovative and proactive approach, with ideas to enhance member engagement.
  • Experience with data management systems and operational processes; knowledge of HubSpot and OfficeRnD is a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English, spoken and written.
