Job Description:

For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Germany, for the following position with immediate effect and within the framework of temporary employment:

Your Responsibilities:

• Work as a Retrofit Supply Chain Manager (In-Service), responsible for the retrofit supply chain scenario and inventory strategy for kits and material availability.
• Manage the global aircraft delivery schedule to ensure timely and reliable aircraft delivery dates.
• Establish aircraft delivery programs considering inputs from commercial, financial, industrial organizations, and customer requests.
• Alert the commercial team if an aircraft delivery date is at risk due to technical issues.
• Bridge industrial and commercial constraints while maintaining or improving customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer requests during production ramp-up and lead-time reduction, and monitor aircraft delivery requests.
• Coordinate between Sales and Production departments.
• Represent the Customer Affairs department in Program and Manufacturing meetings.
• Prioritize aircraft deliveries, considering contractual obligations and program management.

Personal Requirements:

• Ability to quickly recognize and analyze connections and functionalities.
• Independent, structured, and result-oriented work style.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and undertake regular business trips to France.
• Strong communication skills to interact at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.

Professional Experience:

• At least 2 years of purchasing experience.
• Over 3 years of process improvement experience.
• At least 3 years of contract management experience.

IT Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Knowledge Areas:

• Good knowledge of project management, process management, risk management, especially in customer and supplier management.

Language Skills:

• Business fluent in German.
• Business fluent in English.
