Counter Threat Finance (CTF) Analyst

Amentum is seeking Experienced level Counter Threat Finance Analysts to support the Department of Defense (DoD) and other law enforcement agencies. These analysts will support the DoD's mission to disrupt and degrade threats such as terrorism, illegal trafficking, and financial crimes. The role is based in the United States European Command.

Responsibilities :

1. Support Threat Finance Intelligence (TFI) analysis and facilitate activities across the Customer AOR, supporting law enforcement and DoD priorities.
2. Collaborate with USG law enforcement agencies and military organizations.
3. Provide intelligence analysis services in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Contribute to the development of strategic, operational, and tactical support products for law enforcement agencies.
5. Identify, detect, and provide targeting and interdiction recommendations for threat activities.
6. Assist in planning and coordinating CTF activities and support program reporting with briefings and correspondence.
7. Monitor and advise on finance-oriented assessments, supporting law enforcement case development and operational planning.
8. Deliver briefings and analytical products to leadership and law enforcement personnel.
9. Develop action plans, reports, and target packages to support operational objectives.
10. Support program and policy development, including conference planning and policy guidance.
11. Analyze complex strategic issues and support interagency and DoD efforts, including handling classified information.

Requirements :

1. High School diploma with ten years of experience or a Bachelor's/Master's degree with five years of specialized experience.
2. Experience in finance-specific analytical activities related to threat, terrorist, and criminal networks.
3. Proficiency with specialized intelligence analysis tools and data visualization software.
4. Strong understanding of interagency processes, policies, and restrictions.
5. Experience working with government departments and agencies in related areas.

Desired Skills :

• Certifications such as CAMS or CFE are preferred.
• Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
