YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for all commercial structuring topics around EaaS, including risk governance and the technical execution of our programs, such as pricing and underwriting. This role will also provide continuous insights into the ‘as a service’ design and feature development.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop, implement, and govern pricing strategies for the company's products and services, utilizing quantitative and qualitative analysis tools. Manage pricing negotiations with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
2. Lead teams through the commercial, financial, and risk aspects of program lifecycles, from discovery to implementation. Develop strategies to analyze profitability and oversee risk and underwriting governance to ensure business opportunities are viable and meet return expectations.
3. Promote ‘as-a-service’ models to new partners by developing and providing guidance. Support sales teams and internal stakeholders daily on commercial and deal structures, pricing models, and market trends.
4. Steer the Equipment-as-a-Service (EaaS) risk function, ensuring compliance with regulatory aspects and creating scalable commercial models for customer financing. Balance customer needs with strategic scalability, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Prepare and present deal analysis economics for investment committee reviews. Report to senior management on economic and risk metrics such as ROI, credit risk, usage risk, residual risk, and pricing methods.

YOUR SKILLS & BACKGROUND

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in structured finance or leasing; master’s degree required.
• Knowledge of financial products, projects, and asset-based financing.
• Experience in financial modeling, equipment financing, and understanding of EaaS risks.
• Ability to develop business cases and communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• Stakeholder management skills; quick learner and team player in an agile environment.
• Systems-oriented with an understanding of finance and business aspects.
• Experience working with large enterprises and startups; adaptable and flexible.
• Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in process setup, stakeholder management, and driving initiatives.
• Self-starter capable of handling ambiguity and change; goal-oriented.
• Strong executive presence, facilitation, and coaching skills.
