Join our team and you’ll be responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing our corporate IT services to strengthen our business moving forward.

Working in the Internal IT department, you will work closely with international teams to find the best solutions supporting our business, driving innovation, and providing your technical expertise for our services.

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities :

  1. Support, manage, and maintain services – Troubleshoot issues in our cloud services and SaaS applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Cloud Collaboration and Communication tools, Service Management Platform, Digital Workplace Solutions), monitor service health and performance, and maintain operational status.
  2. Configure managed services – Administer and optimize the usage of services, ensure their integration, and drive innovation and automation forward.
  3. Integrate policies – Establish security and compliance policies for services to ensure usage aligns with company policies and regulatory requirements; create governance processes and policies.
  4. Documentation – Create documentation of service integrations and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
  5. Team collaboration – Participate in international project teams, work closely with other IT teams, communicate with users and stakeholders to ensure the best service experience aligned with business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration, with at least 5 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, following ITIL processes, and managing Change Management.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or handling API calls.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
  • You are a team player with a passion for IT and continuously develop your skills.
