Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to lead the development of local tax solutions for our international clients. Your responsibilities include:

1. End-to-End Product Ownership: Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, focusing on local tax solutions for different markets.
2. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Develop and implement strategies aligned with client needs and company goals.
3. Client Experience: Improve user interaction by seamlessly integrating local taxation processes into our products.
4. Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams, partners, and regulators to ensure compliance and smooth integration.
5. Delivery Management: Oversee resources, timelines, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
6. Agile Methodologies: Use agile practices to facilitate product development, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Interest in international taxation of clients' capital gains.
• Experience in product management, preferably in capital markets or banking.
• Curiosity to explore complex topics with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, leveraging data for decision-making.
• Attention to detail and a culture of excellence.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on mentality from ideation to implementation.
• Experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma.
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus but not required.
