Your role

As Team Lead Product Development & Technical Support (d / f / m), you will hold a key leadership position. You will lead a team of eight talented employees, fostering an environment of efficiency and purpose. Your sense of responsibility, leadership skills, and expertise will ensure the successful implementation of project plans. Additionally, you will drive the continuous development of our software solutions and internal processes, working closely with the CTO and project management to maintain high quality standards and smooth project execution.

Your responsibilities

1. Leadership & organization: Manage your team both technically and disciplinarily, promote employee development, and ensure efficient project implementation.
2. Software development: Contribute programming skills (including C++), support software development, and oversee quality and testing.
3. Customer management: Analyze requirements, coordinate technical solutions, and present them convincingly to customers.
4. Process optimization & documentation: Identify improvement potentials and ensure clear technical documentation.

Are you the one?

• Background in software development through education, training, or hands-on experience.
• Strong leadership mindset with previous team management experience.
• Experience with agile development methods is desirable.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Highly responsible with the capability to solve complex technical challenges through structured analysis and solution-oriented thinking.
• Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2), both written and spoken.
