Responsibilities:

• Support the team in comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
• Manage purchase requests, raise associated order documentation, and support day-to-day administration of all purchasing transactions.
• Drive compliance of Supplier orders to expected terms & conditions.
• Prepare and support negotiations of contract terms and prices with suppliers within defined responsibilities, as well as reports on purchase cost and support cost reduction ideas.
• Work with all functions in accordance with our internal processes to ensure compliant ordering.
• Proactively manage supply chain risks and deviations.
• Efficiently communicate with suppliers and key stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Economics or equivalent and/or proven experience in a relevant field.
• First work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, or a similar role in early career.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices, supply chain procedures, and supply chain stakeholder management.
• Experience with purchasing software (e.g., SAP), Google Suite, MS Office tools.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with genuine attention to detail.
• Business fluent English as well as fluent German language skills; other languages are beneficial.
