Your Qualifications

As an Administrator
with education as a foreign language correspondent, a commercial education, or comparable vocational training, you value working independently in a structured environment and are willing to familiarize yourself with the patent system.

As a Person
you complement your passion for successful teamwork with reliable and committed work. You have a quick perception and conscientiously complete entrusted tasks.

In our international team, a very good command of English and German, along with confident computer skills, are essential.

Your Tasks

Your responsibilities include independently handling formal requirements according to client instructions before the European Patent Office (EPO), including reviewing and billing validated European patents, incoming invoices, and correspondence. Additionally, you will process communications from the EPO and other patent offices related to examination, grant, opposition, and appeal proceedings, handle incoming mail, and monitor deadlines.
