In our organization, we combine professionalism with personal care. We are seeking a Pflegepädagoge (w/m/d) for our vocational school for nursing, where we offer generalist training for nursing professionals. The position is available immediately.

Responsibilities include:

1. Teaching and training future nursing professionals
2. Preparing lessons
3. Developing and creating curricula
4. Assessing student performance

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Health and Nursing Education or Medical Education (M.A.) or similar qualification
• Willingness to participate in our educational center’s activities, including professional development and training
• Work experience is desirable
• Strong social skills
• Teamwork ability
• Alignment with the diaconal mission of the organization
