We are looking for a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive (m/f/x) to join our sales team and play a key role in growing our customer base.
In this role, you will report to the EVP Revenue. You will work alongside a team of Frontys that focus on our customers’ business needs. Our priority is offering an offline-like digital shopping experience. We do that by learning their business. We ask questions. We listen. We help educate.
Tasks
- Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Frontnow's Solutions and their value to our customers
- Position and advise CMO level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights; build and grow executive relationships
- Develop and close business to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, reflecting Frontnow's values
- Align with Frontnow's partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity
- Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
- Build effective relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years selling enterprise SaaS solutions in the CX/E-Commerce space
- Proficient in value-based solution selling, focusing on tangible business outcomes and end business value
- Proven track record of effective selling within the specific geographical/account territory
- Good relationships with previous sales operation teams
- Ability to build internal partnerships with key stakeholders
- Consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers
- Proficiency in executing a formal sales process and familiarity with qualification frameworks
- Experience managing accounts in the CX/E-Commerce ecosystem to elevate the business
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
