1. Leading and developing a team of Project Quality Engineers
2. Supporting customer projects and implementing quality requirements
3. Conducting audits, process approvals, and sampling
4. Managing customer complaints and reporting quality metrics
5. Having solid experience in project quality within the automotive sector
6. Expert knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA standards
7. Fluent in English, with analytical and goal-oriented working style
8. Leadership experience and strong team skills
9. Excellent German and English language skills are required.
