Drive Growth

  • Identify and qualify leads, generating new business opportunities for our sales teams.

Engage Prospects

  • Conduct outbound calls, manage inbound inquiries, and execute targeted email campaigns.

Build Relationships

  • Develop connections with decision-makers at enterprise and mid-market companies.

Leverage Insights

  • Research industry trends and customer pain points to craft compelling outreach strategies.

Support Sales & Marketing

  • Collaborate on campaigns, manage CRM updates, and assist at events & conferences.

Meet & Exceed Targets

  • Consistently hit your monthly quotas while driving high-quality pipeline growth.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For :

  • Fluent in German & English (written & spoken) is strongly recommended.
  • 1+ year in sales, business development, or a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) & MS Office Suite.
  • Proactive mindset, a “can-do” attitude, and a passion for growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Understanding of sales metrics & outbound prospecting strategies (BANT, cold calling).
  • Experience with social media and marketing strategies is a plus.

This is a full-time and remote position, based in Germany.
