Job description

Tasks

• Create, modify and optimize CNC programs for machine control
• Conduct machine room simulations to ensure process reliability
• Prepare and archive setup and clamping plans as well as measurement protocols
• Implement process improvements in milling operations and machine technology
• Design 3D models in coordination with engineering
• Provide support for product development projects

Requirements

• Completed training as a lathe operator, milling cutter, cutting machine operator or comparable qualification with many years of professional experience
• Sound knowledge of CATIA V5 and zamiz
• Confident handling of ERP systems in production (e.g., BARL, BTEI, ARLG)
• Several years of experience with Siemens Sinumerik 840D; experience with Heidenhain control desirable
• Very good product and process knowledge in CNC manufacturing
• Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
