Quascenta specializes in offering comprehensive validation lifecycle management software solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. Our flagship products in the PQMS software suite—eResiduePro, eProcessPro, and ValDoc Pro—are designed to revolutionize how companies manage their equipment, process, and cleaning lifecycles. The software suite streamlines processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and savings for our clients.

Role Description

As a Sales Specialist at Quascenta, you will manage the full sales cycle for our software applications—identifying leads, building customer relationships, and promoting products through various engagement methods. You will also participate in conferences or seminars to promote our products and develop client relationships. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Achieving sales targets for PQMS applications to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  2. Identifying and developing business opportunities by engaging with quality, validation, and engineering teams.
  3. Presenting solutions to C-level executives and senior management to demonstrate the value we offer.
  4. Planning and prioritizing activities such as customer visits, solution demos, RFP responses, proposal presentations, and contract negotiations.
  5. Ensuring high forecast accuracy (within 10% of reported sales) using HubSpot.
  6. Engaging with customers to understand their challenges and position PQMS effectively.
  7. Overseeing customer onboarding and ensuring timely subscription renewals.
  8. Participating in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the PQMS suite.

This is an individual contributor role, responsible for all sales activities in Germany.

What We Prefer

  1. Proven experience in validation/QA roles in pharmaceutical manufacturing OR experience working for companies supplying equipment/instruments to pharma.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships, networking, and understanding user requirements.
  3. Strong phone presence and confidence in cold-calling and client engagement.
  4. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer questions and concerns.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Quarterly sales forecast accuracy.
  2. Number of customer visits and solution demonstrations.
  3. Value of sales opportunities created quarterly.
  4. Customer success and retention metrics.

Salary

This is a contract position. Quascenta is a Singapore-based company. We offer a gross salary plus an amount to cover social security and insurance contributions.
