The Position

Customer Identity & Access Management Expert

This role is based in the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) product line and requires a strong understanding of identity management, access control, and data privacy, along with hands-on experience with SAP CDC.

The Customer Identity & Access Management Expert will be located in Poland, supporting the development of skills necessary for digital innovation. This division's use of various technologies offers excellent learning opportunities.

The opportunity:

Your main focus will be designing, implementing, and managing CIAM solutions to ensure secure and seamless customer experiences.

  • Architect and implement CIAM solutions using SAP CDC to manage customer identities and access, ensuring integration with various applications and services.
  • Oversee daily operations of CIAM systems, maintaining high availability and performance, and troubleshooting related issues.
  • Contribute to cross-functional project planning within an international, agile environment, managing budgets and creating resource plans.
  • Develop and enforce security policies to protect customer data and ensure compliance with regulations like CCPA and GDPR.
  • Work closely with IT, security, product development, and customer support teams, providing expertise on CIAM best practices and SAP CDC functionalities.
  • Continuously improve CIAM processes to enhance customer experience, staying updated with latest trends and technologies.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; a master’s is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in identity and access management.
  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with SAP CDC.
  • Experience with identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect; knowledge of data privacy regulations is essential.
  • SAP CDC certification is preferred.
  • Additional certifications like CISSP, CISA, etc., are advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
