Responsibilities

• Advise and enable our clients on AI topics like technology deployment, personalization, and in-house development.
• Participate actively in client projects, taking on roles such as Data Scientist, Software Developer, or Consultant for varying durations.
• Engage with the community by giving talks at conferences, events, and webinars.
• Approach potential clients confidently, identify needs through discussions and workshops, and support the proposal process.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our organization and Qvest Digital.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in executing AI projects with consulting and coaching components.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a software developer in languages like Java/Kotlin, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Willingness to work as a developer when no AI projects are available.
• Enjoy working on projects and developing solutions with clients.
• Experience in planning and conducting workshops during project execution or in new project initiation.
• Extensive practical knowledge of AI technologies, understanding of deployment, development, and operational aspects.
• Knowledge of common technologies/models like YOLO, Segment Anything, Whisper, GPT models, Azure AI Services.
• Programming skills in Python and experience with enterprise integration (REST APIs, messaging systems, IAM systems).
• Ability to understand customer challenges and develop creative solutions.
• Comfortable adapting to new contexts, markets, and corporate cultures.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels; fluent in German and English (C1 level).
• Occasional travel is welcomed.
