We are looking for new colleagues to join our fast-growing Simon-Kucher Engine team to create and develop low-code apps (OutSystems) as a Front-End OutSystems Developer!

How you will create an impact:

1. Use your unique vision to inspire clients and realize their business processes and strategies in software.
2. Be involved from the start by understanding the client’s needs, identifying synergies with existing solutions, and determining project scopes and estimates.
3. Design usable, accessible, and engaging user experiences for mobile and web-based applications based on research and best practices.
4. Customize and enhance Highcharts for data visualization, ensuring our applications present information in the most insightful way.
5. Create and maintain custom reusable UI components and design patterns that elevate usability and aesthetic appeal.
6. Collaborate with consultants, UX designers, and technical experts to develop innovative software solutions.
7. Leverage your proficiency in CSS, JS, and HTML to craft pixel-perfect, responsive front-end designs.
8. Use browser developer tools to identify and resolve issues quickly, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.
9. Contribute to the development and optimization of OutSystems-based projects using OutSystems 11.

About you:

1. You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, with 1-3 years of professional experience as an OutSystems developer.
2. You are knowledgeable about OutSystems best practices; certifications are a plus.
3. You have problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions.
4. You can discuss technical concepts effectively with IT stakeholders and developers.
5. You have experience with JS, CSS, HTML.
6. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and work proactively and reliably with clients and colleagues.
7. You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
