Our Mission Statement

Provide technical leadership for Premier customers worldwide to ensure their IT environments are optimized and healthy. Our approach is proactive and consultative, offering guidance on best practices, risk assessments, migrations, and support services—onsite, remote, or dedicated.

What We Do Best

Deliver services to increase systems availability, resolve critical issues, and enhance the health of our customers' environments. We collaborate with experienced technical staff to troubleshoot and maintain solutions following Microsoft best practices. When issues arise, we provide rapid onsite expertise to resolve critical situations.

We Need Individuals Who:

  • Have deep technical expertise in at least one specialty
  • Can examine workarounds and escalations
  • Set an example of excellence as a Microsoft representative, enhancing our reputation through credibility, preparation, commitment, and first-class delivery
  • Enjoy teamwork and contribute to peer groups and customer account teams
  • Can communicate effectively at all levels, from CIO to technical staff
  • Support existing Exchange on-prem infrastructure and potentially assist with migration to the next on-prem version
  • Upskill the customer

Must Have Skills

  • Experience with enterprise customers
  • 5+ years of project experience
  • Understanding of Exchange Server & hybrid architecture 2016/19
  • Design and implement services for Exchange 2016/19
  • Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations
  • Understanding of SMTP
  • Understanding of Active Directory architecture
