Your responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of products, including supplier relationships and order fulfillment.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product availability and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers and bottlers to coordinate production schedules, capacity planning, and order processes.
• Develop and implement purchasing controls, ensuring follow-through on action items.
• Optimize supply chain processes and support improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the supply chain.

Your profile

• Degree in business administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on supply chain management or logistics.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management in the food industry.
• Reside in Berlin or willing to relocate.
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
• Experience with Dynamics Business Central and Netstock is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Structured working style.
