Responsibilities:

1. Quoting charter flight costs to clients while maintaining operational awareness
2. Coordinating booked flights with the Operations Department and clients
3. Business Development and Account Management
4. Processing flight booking documentation and administration
5. Handling last-minute ad hoc flight requests

Skills Required:

• Experience in private and general aviation sales preferred
• Team Player
• Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office; experience with platforms such as FL3XX and/or Avinode is advantageous
• Willingness to perform flexible shift work including evenings and weekends
• English required; German preferred; additional languages are a plus
• High responsiveness, organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to handle high responsibility calmly under pressure
