Position: Senior AI Consultant
Location: Bad Vilbel, Germany

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Consultant to join our IT department at the STADA Group. This role requires a combination of business understanding, AI expertise, and project leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will identify and implement AI and Generative AI use cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with AI governance standards.

What you can expect

  • Identifying key business processes, pain points, and opportunities where (Gen)AI and automation can drive value.
  • Validating the technological feasibility of (Gen)AI use cases and developing comprehensive business cases.
  • Running and steering (Gen)AI projects by orchestrating different stakeholders, teams, and external suppliers.
  • Maintaining and prioritizing a strategic (Gen)AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business impact and return on investment (ROI).
  • Defining and implementing key metrics to measure the ROI of AI-driven initiatives.
  • Tracking project progress and reporting insights to leadership, ensuring continuous alignment with business goals.
  • Ensuring AI initiatives comply with relevant regulations, including IP rights, the EU AI Act, and internal governance frameworks.
  • Evaluating and recommending AI tools and solutions that align with business needs.
  • Driving internal awareness of AI initiatives through newsletters, presentations, and social media content.
  • Sharing AI success stories, best practices, and strategic insights to promote a data-driven and AI-enabled culture.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in digital transformation, with around 5 years in relevant fields such as Data Science, Analytics, Automation, or AI.
  • Strong consulting experience with deep expertise in AI technologies.
  • Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex AI topics into business-relevant strategies.
  • Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
