In each fulfillment center, our teams stow deliveries, pick products, package them up, and ship them out. These centers are fast-paced and high-reward environments, where adherence to policies and procedures is key. We need the right leader to ensure reliable delivery to our customers and to uphold our customer obsession.

  7. Engage in strategic planning, forecasting, and work delegation.
  8. Supervise a team of area managers and hourly associates within the FC.
  9. Manage Area Managers in ICQA functions and drive team performance.
  10. Implement process improvements, motivate team members, and reduce turnover.

  2. Review KPIs regularly; analyze behaviors/processes impacting inventory integrity.
  3. Collaborate with department managers on projects and system enhancements.
  4. Work with Loss Prevention teams to enforce policies.
  5. Communicate policies related to process discipline with senior management.
  6. Support hiring and interviewing of new managers.
