What You Can Expect:

Supporting, collaborating on, and independently handling mobile site projects in coordination with construction management, technical, and project teams.
Corresponding with clients, property owners, and planning offices.
Coordinating schedules, tracking planning status, and requesting quotations.
Preparing and documenting project files and site documentation.
Assembling all necessary documents for construction teams.
Creating reports and evaluations.
Engaging in exciting tasks within a varied scope of work.

What We Expect:

Completed vocational training, ideally in a commercial field.
Excellent German skills; good English is a plus.
Technical understanding, preferably with some experience with construction plans.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
Structured, analytical, and independent working style, with teamwork and resilience.
