D365 F&O IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O IT Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) system with our global manufacturing client. This role involves managing a team, collaborating with business units, and ensuring the system’s performance across finance and supply chain modules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead & Manage Team : Oversee a team of D365 F&O administrators and developers, ensuring effective support and system management.
• System Optimization : Manage the D365 F&O system, ensuring uptime, performance, and troubleshooting across finance (AR, AP, GL) and supply chain (Procurement, Inventory).
• Project Management : Lead D365 F&O projects, including upgrades and new features, ensuring timely delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with business units to align IT capabilities with business needs and optimize workflows.
• Security & Compliance : Ensure system security, backup procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Training & Support : Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, creating documentation and resolving technical issues.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience : 5+ years managing D365 F&O systems; 3+ years in IT management or leadership.
• Skills : Expertise in D365 F&O modules (AR, AP, GL, Procurement, Inventory), workflow design, and system optimization.
• Preferred : D365 certifications, project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master).
