Wir suchen Berufseinsteiger, die eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration haben und eine Leidenschaft für IT-Infrastruktur und Prozessautomatisierung mitbringen.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

• IT-Infrastruktur-Beratung: Unterstütze unsere Kunden bei der Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung der Automation-Infrastruktur.
• Systemintegration: Konfiguriere und integriere neue Systeme in bestehende IT-Landschaften unserer Kunden und stelle sicher, dass diese nahtlos funktionieren.
• Netzwerkadministration: Überwache und verwalte Netzwerkinfrastrukturen, um eine hohe Verfügbarkeit und Performance sicherzustellen.
• Fehlerbehebung: Analysiere und behebe technische Probleme in der IT-Infrastruktur schnell und effektiv, um Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren.
• Sicherheitslösungen: Implementiere und überwache Sicherheitslösungen, um die IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden vor Bedrohungen zu schützen.
• Dokumentation: Erstelle detaillierte technische Dokumentationen und Handbücher für die implementierten Systeme und Lösungen.
• Automatisierung: Entwickle und implementiere Automatisierungslösungen, um wiederkehrende IT-Prozesse zu optimieren und die Effizienz zu steigern.
• Kundenschulungen: Bereite Schulungen und Workshops für unsere Kunden vor und führe diese durch, um deren IT-Personal im Umgang mit neuen Systemen und Automatisierungstools zu schulen.
• Projektunterstützung: Unterstütze den Projektleiter bei der Planung und Durchführung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten, um eine reibungslose und termingerechte Umsetzung sicherzustellen.
• Technische Beratung: Biete technische Beratung und Unterstützung für Kunden bei der Auswahl und Implementierung neuer Technologien und Tools.
  
  

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration.
• Erste Berufserfahrung oder Praktika im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, Systemintegration, Netzwerkadministration oder Prozessautomatisierung.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und gängigen IT-Infrastruktur-Tools.
• Begeisterung für Themen wie IT-Infrastruktur, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung.
• Gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und IT-Unternehmensabläufe.
• Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie unternehmerisches Denken.
• Positive Ausstrahlung und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur Pflege erfolgreicher Kundenbeziehungen.
• Teamfähigkeit. - Bereitschaft zu 20% Reisetätigkeit.
• Fließend in Deutsch, Sichere Kenntnisse in Englisch
• Leidenschaft für das, was du tust.
