Job Title: Senior Procurement Program Manager (m/f/d)

Your role:

You create strategic impact by initiating, organizing and implementing Procurement programs and transformations in the Business in line with Category and Business strategies.

You are responsible for:

1. Initiating, organizing and implementing procurement programs: perform and transform
2. Managing HPM savings funnel
3. Capturing supplier innovation in product and business creation to optimize propositions and achieve the best value for Philips and its customers
4. Supporting the Product Sourcing Engineers on the deployment of early supplier involvement and selection and target costing and tracking for assigned products
5. Project managing activities at supplier, including management of related fields in the Sourcing Plan, in alignment with overall project plan

You are a part of:

The successful candidate reports to the procurement business partner for EHM and covers a business scope of over 2B Euro/year. He/She is part of a dynamic team working end to end with the BU stakeholders to continuously affirm HPM as the worldwide leader in this sector. He/She interfaces daily with team members in Europe, USA and China.

You're the right fit if:

1. You have a Bachelor (Master preferred) in technical subjects (engineering preferred)
2. Domain knowledge and understanding of all relevant disciplines with at least 8 years of experience
3. Full understanding of PM standards, able to consistently apply and coach project managers in project and program management process-oriented skills
4. Emotional Intelligence: Manages own and others’ emotions and able to manage pressure and setbacks
5. English is a must, German strongly preferred
