Senior Embedded Software Engineer (m / f / d) - Aerospace and Defence Sector

As our ideal candidate, you will possess:

• Proficiency with Microcontrollers
• Implementing complex control algorithms.
• Experience with System on Chip (SoC)
• Integrating various hardware components onto single chips.
• Knowledge of FPGAs
• Designing digital logic circuits that are foundations for embedded systems.
• Digital Signal Processing
• Manipulating signals after they have been converted from analog to digital form.

Technical skills required include:

• Strong command over programming languages such as C and C++ used for system-level programming tasks
• Familiarity with Python 3 scripting which serves automation or testing purposes
• Version control proficiency using git; ensuring code integrity through version management
• Understanding HTTP protocols & JSON data interchange format commonly utilized when dealing with web services

Additionally, experience working with tools like Make build automation tool ensures efficient handling of compilation processes whilst Gitlab supports task planning / CI pipelines essential for maintaining continuous integration practices. Wireshark network protocol analysis would be beneficial providing insights into traffic flow crucial during software debugging phases.
