The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley, we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp-up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. Operations are responsible for all production-related activities within battery cell production, including planning, constructing, and rolling out new factories. Additionally, planning and implementing operational functions such as logistics, quality, production, and plant management are key elements within operations.

How You Will CELLebrate

1. Develop strategic concepts for the PowerCo Operations area.
2. Develop and implement strategic operations initiatives (e.g., the Top Operations program).
3. Design and execute project plans.
4. Communicate and coordinate processes and content with internal and external partners.
5. Prepare documents for top management committees and support decision-making.

What You Need For Our CELLebration

1. Completed studies in a technical field (e.g., engineering).
2. Relevant experience with strategic issues in the operations area (e.g., strategy consulting focused on operations or operations strategy in the group).
3. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international team environment.
4. Ability and motivation to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and high management visibility.
5. Excellent English language skills.
