Timely delivery of DHL packages worldwide, ensuring customer data security, is at the core of our work. You will provide second/third level day-to-day operation support, investigate and resolve incidents unresolved at lower support levels. Sometimes, issues might be complex, requiring collaboration with other IT support teams and specialists. When dealing with firmware bugs, vulnerabilities, and other technological issues, communicating with vendors is key.

For issues related to telecommunication/security systems within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero. This includes managing, proposing, and implementing changes to production security devices across all IT Services Data Centers and premises, ensuring global availability of key DHL Group services.

Support also extends to security technologies such as Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, Proxies, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here's what we are looking for:
As an Associate DevOps Analyst, application development experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of Java, Oracle, and Unix is also essential.

You are a technology enthusiast with a good understanding of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, shell scripting, Oracle databases, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, NGINX, and operational experience in a Service Owner role.

You can work independently, prioritize tasks, and organize your workload under pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you will collaborate across regions, so proficiency in spoken and written English is important.
