Job Description:

We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist for Amazon Last Mile Operations in Duisburg and/or Düsseldorf.

The EU AMXL Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team is seeking an enthusiastic and data-driven Field ACES Manager to contribute to the improvement and growth of the EU Last Mile (LM) Operations network. This is a great opportunity to join an entrepreneurial business that is growing rapidly. You will scope end-to-end customer benefits through process improvement and floor support to achieve continuous improvement and operational excellence in EU AMXL Last Mile Operations. This role requires more than 25% travel and night shifts across Delivery stations in Germany and may extend to other EU countries where Amazon has a presence.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Manage projects of new initiatives, coordinating with the last mile operations team on implementation.
  • Conduct regular site visits across delivery stations in Germany for improvement opportunities and process audits.
  • Collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and implement scalable solutions.
  • Analyze metrics to identify issues and develop data-driven solutions.

We lead large-scale programs that drive operational enhancements and support Amazon teams in expanding the network and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in program/project management
  • Experience delivering cross-functional programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive actions
  • Process improvement experience
  • Business-level English proficiency (reading and writing)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Excel and SQL
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
