Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic EMEA HR Generalist & HRBP to support HR operations for the EMEA region and HR strategy for one of our CAM business units. This role combines HR generalist responsibilities with HR business partnering to ensure consistent HR strategies and practices, while adapting to local employment laws and cultural nuances. It is key to attracting, managing, developing, and retaining top talent to drive our business objectives.

The three business units supported by this position are SigmaNEST, GibbsCAM, and Cimatron:

  • SigmaNEST: A leading provider of innovative CAD/CAM software solutions to help professional fabricators optimize material utilization, machine motion, manpower, and data management.
  • GibbsCAM: Designs, develops, and delivers CAM software with a proven record of productivity gains, positioned as a leading CAM innovator.
  • Cimatron: Provides integrated CAD/CAM solutions for mold and die design and manufacturing, including programming CNC machines.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Support: Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate workforce plans, define HR strategies, and implement action plans aligned with business needs. Enhance employee engagement, talent management, and drive business growth.
  • Employee Relations: Act as HR contact for employees and managers across multiple countries, addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Performance & Development: Manage performance reviews, coaching, and employee development initiatives.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead regional recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers.
  • HR Data & Reporting: Maintain employee records, analyze HR metrics, and generate reports.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist with job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and collaborate with payroll teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years in HR generalist roles with multi-country responsibilities; 2-3 years as a strategic HR leader within an international setting.
  • Strong knowledge of EU employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and cross-cultural understanding.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Travel up to 10-15%.
