Planning, budgeting and operational realisation of international trade fairs and exhibitions (e.g. in the areas of construction, logistics, crane and lifting technology)
Independent management of events for dealers and partners: roadshows, product launches, open houses, etc.
Support our dealers with regard to branding, campaigns, brochures and advertising material
Responsibility for brand presence at trade fairs: Set-up, positioning, signage and design of exhibits
Collaboration with teams in other European countries to develop local trade fair and event strategies
Close cooperation with our headquarters in China and the local Chinese team in Krefeld
Participation in strategic projects such as the concept for bauma 2028
Your profile
Completed studies in marketing or business administration with a focus on marketing
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international B2B environment with a focus on trade fair and event organisation
Proven experience in managing project teams, temporary staff and external service providers
Hands-on mentality and strong organisational skills
Very good command of English, German ideally at native speaker level
Ideally experience with exhibition logistics (shipping times, customs clearance etc.) and digital retailer marketing measures
