To support the ERP Support team, we are currently looking for an:

ERP (SAP) Support Specialist

Under the supervision and guidance of our Technical Lead, you will support local teams during our global ERP migration project and assist end users post-go-live.

Your mission :

  1. Technical and functional monitoring of the SAP Group Landscape.
  2. Providing worldwide support for SAP S / 4HANA and SAP Cloud solutions.
  3. Engaging in various technical activities related to system maintenance and optimization.
  4. Offering first-level direct support by responding promptly to user inquiries.
  5. Assisting with day-to-day troubleshooting and ERP system-related issues.
  6. Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for communication with external integrators regarding developments and complex troubleshooting.
  7. Managing incoming support requests via a ticketing system and telephone.
  8. Leading and participating in customer support-focused projects to improve service quality.
  9. Troubleshooting and analyzing application-related issues to identify and implement effective solutions.
  10. Ensuring timely resolution of user issues, escalating when necessary.
  11. Documenting user inquiries, reported problems, and implemented solutions to enhance knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Our expectations :

  1. Must have :
  2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  3. At least 2+ years SAP experience supporting SAP S / 4 HANA and SAP Cloud solutions.
  4. Proven experience in configuring, testing, and supporting SAP solutions in on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  5. Experience and capability in defining and applying technical documentation standards.
  6. Experience in development: CDS, SAC, Adobe Forms, ABAP, etc.
  7. Experience in integration: BRF+, OData, BTP, etc.
  8. Excellent English oral and written skills; French is a plus.
  9. Support application of any technical setup.
  10. Conduct related testing and oversee test plans for security enhancements.
  11. Cooperate with internal technical departments and SAP Support and Services.
  12. Knowledge of SAP components: FICO, SD, MM, EWM, PP/PE, etc.
  13. Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  14. Adaptability and flexibility to technological and organizational changes.
  15. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  16. Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  17. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
