• Sie wickeln eingehende Bedarfsanforderungen ab, indem Sie Angebote einholen, Preisvergleiche erstellen, Verhandlungen führen und Aufträge gemäß den Freigaberichtlinien vergeben.
• Sie bereiten Bestellungen vor, geben diese unter Nutzung der vorhandenen IT-Systeme und Prozesse auf und nehmen bei Bedarf Änderungen an bestehenden Bestellungen vor.
• Sie pflegen Anliefertermine im System und übernehmen gegebenenfalls die Disposition von Produktionsmaterialien.
• Sie bereiten Einkaufsverhandlungen vor und nach, führen diese gemäß den Freigaberichtlinien und dokumentieren die Ergebnisse.
• Sie unterstützen das Procurement Performance Management, indem Sie Verhandlungserfolge dokumentieren und relevante Daten wie Preise oder Einsparpotenziale zeitnah pflegen.
• Sie erstellen Statistiken und Analysen zur Unterstützung des strategischen Einkaufs, etwa in Bezug auf Mengen- und Umsatzstrukturen von Lieferanten.
• Sie führen bei Bedarf die sachliche und rechnerische Prüfung von Rechnungen durch.
• Sie prüfen Rechnungen, klären Preisdifferenzen bei Rechnungssperrungen und stellen die ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung sicher.
• Sie analysieren Abweichungen, betreuen ein effektives Forderungsmanagement und bearbeiten einfache Claims im Rahmen des Regelgeschäfts.
• Sie stimmen sich mit Business Areas oder Clustern hinsichtlich der Bedarfsspezifikationen ab.

• Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, etwa als Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau oder Industriekaufmann/-frau.
• Sie bringen mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit.
• Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP, LN sowie in der Anwendung von MS Office und Textverarbeitungsprogrammen.
• Sie kommunizieren klar und überzeugend – sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
• Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und tragen zu einem konstruktiven Miteinander bei.
• Sie zeigen Eigeninitiative und bringen sich aktiv in Prozesse ein.
• Sie arbeiten strukturiert und selbständig.
• Sie verfügen über praxistaugliche Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
