Payment Service Norwegian market - all genders

We are looking for talented personalities (m/f/d) for the customer service in financial services for the Norwegian market.

What will I do:

1. First contact for customers on all payment queries
2. Processing of incoming payments, installments and other payment arrangements
3. Follow-up on outstanding payments
4. Master data maintenance
5. Cooperation with other departments
6. Continuous improvement of current processes
7. Work in a customer support/customer service environment

What you bring along:

1. Hands-on mentality and good with numbers
2. PC literate
3. Eye for detail
4. Empathic listener and persuasive speaker
5. Fluency in Norwegian (speak and write)
