Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and organize the ward, ensuring smooth nursing processes.
  • Responsible for resource and personnel planning to keep the ward optimally staffed.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop our nursing team, fostering a positive and respectful team culture.
  • Participate actively in maintaining and improving nursing quality and ensure compliance with nursing standards.
  • Serve as a central contact for patients, relatives, and other departments, working closely with doctors and therapists.
  • Engage in patient care, especially in geriatric care, and collaborate with nursing management to develop and optimize care concepts.

What You Bring

  • Qualified nurse (m/f/d) or healthcare professional (m/f/d), or registered nurse (m/f/d).
  • Ideally, completed training as ward manager (m/f/d); if not, we support your professional development.
  • Experience in team leadership and strong professional and organizational skills.
  • Teamwork, reliability, and empathy are essential, aligned with our Franciscan, open, and caring approach.
