Software Engineer - Server and Cloud Technologies

For our Visualization team at Snke OS, we are looking for a Software Engineer. You will be part of a fast-paced and motivated team that develops software solutions for medical image viewing on desktop computers, hospital servers, and the Cloud. The position offers the chance to contribute creative solutions to real products using disruptive technologies, with your expertise making an immediate impact on hospital workflows worldwide.

Your main tasks will be to:

1. Drive innovation in server and cloud technologies across the company by improving containerization and orchestration using Docker.
2. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and gRPC services to support our applications.
3. Contribute to the application development of the successful DICOM Viewer, a modern C++ application with an HTML5 frontend.
4. Assist in transforming our proprietary monolithic software into server- and cloud-ready microservices.
5. Apply your software engineering expertise to the medical field.
